Cleans
We are a fully insured business.
Refresh Clean - $140.00
Vacuum and/or mop of all floor surfaces
Wipe down counter tops and all surfaces
Clean stovetop
Wipedown exterior of appliances
Clean taps
Clean shower, toilets, sinks.
Clean mirrors
Pickup clutter/tidy.
Make beds
Empty garbages

UP TO A 3 HOUR MAXIMUM
If additional time, I will find additional tasks to complete - dishes, tidying, etc.
Regarding Refresh Cleans -
-First time home cleans usually take longer.
-Larger homes sometimes take longer.
Any refresh clean that goes over 3 hours for basic necessities, will be charged an additional $25/hr.
Deep Clean - $225.00
Includes everything you get in a refresh clean:
Vacuum and/or mop of all floor surfaces
Wipe down counter tops and all surfaces
Clean stovetop
Wipedown exterior of appliances
Clean taps
Clean shower, toilets, sinks.
Clean mirrors
Pickup clutter/tidy.
Make beds
Empty garbages

AND AS TIME ALLOWS:
Detail dusting.
Wipe baseboards and windowsills.
Spot clean walls and doors as well as door frames.
Clean inside of microwave.

APPROX 5-6 HOUR CLEAN
6 hour max.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS OR MORE IN ADVANCE.
AFTER 2 CANCELLATIONS A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $50.00 WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK.
We have a no refund policy.

Linen changes are not included in services.
Starting dishwashers or laundry not part of services.
Optional Add Ons
Wet Vac Bissell on couches and chairs - $50.00 (per room/set)
Wipe blinds - $25.00 per room
